These Terms & Conditions govern all permanent makeup and cosmetic tattoo services provided by Pristine Inks L.L.C., located in Riverton, Utah. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined below.
Booking and Retainer Policy
A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. This retainer ensures that your time is exclusively reserved and covers the administrative and preparation costs associated with your booking. The retainer will be applied toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.
Appointments are booked through Acuity Scheduling, and confirmation of payment signifies agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Lateness
We understand that life happens and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, due to the individualized nature of this service, the following policies apply:
72-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.
One-Time Reschedule: Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule. Any additional changes will require a new $100 booking retainer.
No Refunds: All retainers and service payments are non-refundable as this is a service-based business with time reserved specifically for you.
Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled based on the artist’s schedule and other client commitments.
No-Call / No-Show: Failure to show up or communicate will result in forfeiture of the retainer and a no-show feemust be paid before rebooking.
Payment Terms
All balances are due on the day of service.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Venmo, Apple Cash, Zelle and payment plans via Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and Cherry. No refunds are issued once a service has been rendered.
Guests & Studio Environment
To ensure a focused, sanitary, and comfortable environment for both clients and the artist, no guests are permitted in the procedure room. This includes partners, parents, children, siblings, and pets.
Only the individual receiving the service will be allowed in the treatment area.
Touch-Up Appointments
Touch-ups are not included in the initial session price. Pricing for touch-ups will vary based on how much time has passed since your original appointment. It is recommended that clients book their touch-up within the timeframe advised by the artist to maintain the best results.
Eligibility & Medical Disclosure
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive permanent makeup services. All clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, medications, and recent skin treatments prior to their appointment.
Certain conditions, medications, or skin concerns may affect the outcome or eligibility for treatment. The artist reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or contraindicated.
Liability Disclaimer
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept that results vary per individual based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Permanent makeup is a form of cosmetic tattooing and may carry risks including, but not limited to, infection, allergic reactions, or undesired outcomes.
By signing the electronic consent form, you release Pristine Inks L.L.C., its owner, and employees from any and all liability related to the service, procedure, or healing process. You agree that you will not hold the artist or studio legally responsible for any adverse reactions or dissatisfaction with the results.
Photography & Content Usage
Before-and-after photos and videos are taken for documentation and marketing purposes. By booking, you grant Pristine Inks L.L.C. permission to use these images on social media, websites, and other marketing platforms. If you prefer not to have your photos shared publicly, please notify the artist before your session begins.
Acknowledgment of Electronic Signature
All clients are required to sign an electronic consent form prior to receiving any service.
Your electronic signature holds the same legal weight as a physical signature and indicates your understanding and acceptance of all policies, risks, and disclaimers.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved within the applicable courts of Utah.
Agreement
By scheduling an appointment and submitting your booking retainer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions listed above.
